Dr. Andrew Voss, Associate Professor at Wright State University, is the PI of a laboratory that examines the function of nerve and skeletal muscle. In addition to his research, Dr. Voss teaches undergraduate and graduate courses at Wright State, as well as serving as an advisor for graduate students. Meet Dr. Voss’s  research team below.

Steve Burke is a Research Associate in the Voss lab. In addition to his research role, he manages the research lab and helps to coordinate student projects. Steve also has a founding role in the contracting services provided through the Voss lab. Steve is skilled in all of the techniques in the lab and has a keen interest in cell biology and physiology. Additionally, he has engineering skills and designs and develops research tools used in the lab.

Graduate Students

Much of the research conducted in the Voss lab would not be possible with out the many students that currently work in the lab. Each student has rigorous training in electrophysiology and animal research.
